While the materials span a wide array of entities—such as GSDA, GSCA, GSIA, Agenda 74 Agency, PCGG, and PCPP—they all originate from a single source: the World Social Label Group (WOSL Group), and its founding initiative, the European Social Label (EUSL).
As the Creativa ecosystem evolved, the scale and scope of its ambitions outgrew the original framework. What began as a unified movement under EUSL branched out into specialized agencies, alliances, and programs—each designed to handle distinct mandates, regions, and sectors. This growth was not linear; it expanded both upward into global governance and strategic vision, and downward into grassroots implementation and local empowerment.
The EUSL Library consolidates this vast body of work, offering a structured and accessible overview of how each document fits into the broader Creativa architecture. Agenda 74 Agency
The Agenda 74 Agency Library contains all materials related to the implementation of the Pan-Continental Power Play and Agenda for Social Equity 2074. As the operational arm of GSEA, GSIA, and GSDA, the Agency translates strategic vision into action. This section includes mission documents, regional strategies, thematic task force frameworks, and implementation plans that guide the Agency’s work across continents. Agenda for Social Equity 2074

Framed as a voluntary, open‑access reference standard, Agenda 2074 unites the White Paper, the Social Global Goals, and the AfSE Funding Framework into a single architecture that any jurisdiction or institution can adopt.

The CODESA Library captures the institutional and legal architecture driving COMESA’s digital and social transformation. Conceived as a specialized agency under a treaty-based mandate, CODESA unites digitalisation, education, and social equity within a single governance framework.

DESA Education and Innovation Centre

Conceived as a law-governed, globally replicable mechanism, GSIA institutionalises compliance, fiduciary integrity, and domestication pathways under a unified governance canon aligned with Agenda for Social Equity 2074.

Pan-Continental Digital Enablement
The PCDE Library captures the structural, legal, and operational frameworks that advance continental digitalisation under the DESA portfolio and its 15 programmatic pillars. Positioned as a cornerstone of Agenda 2063 and Agenda 2074 alignment, PCDE provides governments, RECs, and private actors with interoperable standards for governance, education, and market activation.
This collection includes the Legacy Project Descriptor, DESA integration manuals, and AI governance protocols under DAIP, complemented by implementation roadmaps and compliance charters. It is both a repository of digital governance architecture and a roadmap for scaling equitable access through technology-enabled solutions.
Pan-Continental Global Ground
The PCGG Library is dedicated to the institutional models and governance frameworks that emerged from the Creativa Universe’s commitment to cooperative equity. It includes the full documentation for CEIU, CUWE, CSIEP, and CGEI, as well as the three strategic pillars—SEP, LEU, and PPSE. This section reflects the transition from concept to structure, offering detailed plans, deep dives, and implementation roadmaps for building a new generation of democratic institutions. PCGG is not a theory—it is a system in motion.

The PCPP Library houses the strategic and operational documentation for the Pan-Continental Power Play. The SEE Library consolidates governance frameworks, coordination protocols, and strategic instruments that operationalize Agenda for Social Equity 2074 across all Legacy Projects. Serving as the integrative layer for EUSL Ignite and affiliated mandates, SEE ensures harmonized implementation of equity-driven policies without duplication of institutional effort.

The SLUC Library captures the governance and programme architecture driving one of the most comprehensive social equity frameworks across continents. Built under the custodial mandate of Agenda for Social Equity 2074, SLUC unites health, education, technology, infrastructure, agriculture, and trade within a single, interoperable governance model.
