The EUSL Library
A collection of documents
Welcome to the EUSL Library
The EUSL Library is the central repository for all strategic, institutional, and operational documents produced across the Creativa Universe. While the materials span a wide array of entities—such as GSDA, GSCA, GSIA, Agenda 74 Agency, PCGG, and PCPP—they all originate from a single source: the World Social Label Group (WOSL Group), and its founding initiative, the European Social Label (EUSL).
As the Creativa ecosystem evolved, the scale and scope of its ambitions outgrew the original framework. What began as a unified movement under EUSL branched out into specialized agencies, alliances, and programs—each designed to handle distinct mandates, regions, and sectors. This growth was not linear; it expanded both upward into global governance and strategic vision, and downward into grassroots implementation and local empowerment.
The EUSL Library consolidates this vast body of work, offering a structured and accessible overview of how each document fits into the broader Creativa architecture. Whether you’re exploring the foundational mandates of Agenda 2074, the cooperative models of PCGG, or the implementation frameworks of SDEP and SUDESA, this library ensures that the EUSL origin and purpose remain clear and visible.
Every document here is a reflection of EUSL’s commitment to social equity, cooperative governance, and private sector activation for public good. This is not just a library—it is the living archive of a movement.
WOSL Group
The WOSL Group Library curates the frameworks and operational blueprints behind one of the Creativa Universe’s most transformative concepts: activating the private sector for social good through a global membership and certification system. This initiative integrates charity, commerce, and compliance into a single architecture—turning social responsibility into measurable impact.
The library includes governance charters, business models, and thematic expansions that define WOSL’s role in shaping inclusive economies and ethical markets. It is both a repository of innovation and a roadmap for scaling social equity through business-driven solutions.
Pan-Continental Global Ground
The PCGG Library is dedicated to the institutional models and governance frameworks that emerged from the Creativa Universe’s commitment to cooperative equity. It includes the full documentation for CEIU, CUWE, CSIEP, and CGEI, as well as the three strategic pillars—SEP, LEU, and PPSE. This section reflects the transition from concept to structure, offering detailed plans, deep dives, and implementation roadmaps for building a new generation of democratic institutions. PCGG is not a theory—it is a system in motion.
Pan-Continental Power Play
The PCPP Library houses the strategic and operational documentation for the Pan-Continental Power Play. This initiative represents the Creativa Universe’s boldest ambition: to realign global power structures through cooperative governance, youth empowerment, and private sector activation. The library includes foundational texts, regional adaptations, and thematic expansions that define PCPP’s role in shaping a new global order. It is the repository of vision, momentum, and structural innovation.
South Sudan Development and Social Equity Agency (SUDESA)
The SUDESA Library captures the legal and institutional framework driving South Sudan’s most ambitious transformation. Built on a co-owned mandate between the Government of South Sudan and the European Social Label, SUDESA unites digital innovation, agricultural modernization, and social equity under one governance model.
This collection includes foundational agreements, governance manuals, financing instruments, and compliance frameworks—each a building block of a transparent, accountable, and future-ready institution aligned with Agenda for Social Equity 2074.
COMESA Development and Social Equity Agency (CODESA)
The CODESA Library captures the institutional and legal architecture driving COMESA’s digital and social transformation. Conceived as a specialized agency under a treaty-based mandate, CODESA unites digitalisation, education, and social equity within a single governance framework.
This collection includes charters, governance manuals, financing instruments, and compliance protocols—each a cornerstone of a transparent, accountable, and future-ready institution aligned with Agenda for Social Equity 2074.
Agenda 74 Agency
The Agenda 74 Agency Library contains all materials related to the implementation of the Pan-Continental Power Play and Agenda for Social Equity 2074. As the operational arm of GSEA, GSIA, and GSDA, the Agency translates strategic vision into action. This section includes mission documents, regional strategies, thematic task force frameworks, and implementation plans that guide the Agency’s work across continents. It is the blueprint for activating equity-driven transformation through public-private partnerships and institutional reform.
General
The General Library serves as the foundational archive of the Creativa Universe. It includes cross-cutting documents, shared frameworks, and overarching strategies that apply across all entities and initiatives. This section reflects the evolution of EUSL into a global movement, capturing the roots of the ecosystem and the common language that binds its diverse components. Whether you’re exploring the Creativa Mandate, the One Membership concept, or the structural hierarchy, this library offers the essential context for understanding the entire architecture.
